The card I'm sharing today was made using an MRO stamp set called Cupcake Cuties. I love, love, love this set and have used it tons. The strip of decorative paper is from our Catelynne collection and the words from "Joyful Notes". For me, those words put the icing on the (cup) cake. The icing is white liquid applique.
